Q: What kind of crystals do you sell?
A: We only sell Crystalized Swarovski Elements in flat back and Hot Fix.
Q: What is the difference between Flat Back and Hot Fix Crystals?
A: Flat Back crystals are used with glue. Hot Fix crystals have a hardened adhesive on back that needs to be heated.
Q: What is the difference between Crystal and Crystal AB?
A: Crystal is a clear colorless crystal. The Crystal AB color has an iridescent coating with a rainbow reflection. It has a slight pink hue.
Q: Why are AB colors often not true to their color name?
A: Swarovski uses a special effect coating for AB colors that has a blue tint and often it is reflected in the color of the crystal. Many AB colors look different than color name and often bluish due to blue tint. Be aware that there are slight color changes due to lot numbers if reordering these special effect colors. Allow for these variations if reordering the same color.
Q: How many crystals in a gross?
A: There are 144 pieces in a gross.
Q: What is a Factory Pack?
A: A Factory Pack contains 1440 pieces of crystal.
Q: How can I buy Wholesale?
A: We sell Wholesale to the general public and a wholesale number (a TPT number) is only required if in Arizona so no taxes will be collected.
Look under Wholesale Category to buy Crystal and Crystal AB color in Factory Packs (10 gross).
Look under Factory Pack Category for all other colors. Email us for colors not listed.
Q: When ordering how do I change quantitiy of same item in my Cart?
A: Enter number of items then you must press "update".
Q: How do I Redeem my Coupon Code?
A; When Checking Out put Coupon Code in Coupon Box and you must press Redeem.
Q: What forms of Payment do you Accept?
A: Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Q: I forgot my Password so how do I request a new one?
A: Go to our Home Page and on right side see "Forgot Password" . When you receive new one you should copy and paste (for accuracy) your new email into the Password Box online. Also update new password into your account by using copy and paste method for accuracy.
Q: Why am I not receiving your emails?
A: You need to put our email into your address book or it may be going to Spam.
Q: What kinds of Shipping do you offer in the USA?
A: First Class Shipping (cheapest) takes 3-8 business days (time not guaranteed by USPS).
Priority Mail takes 2-5 business days (time not guaranteed by USPS).
Express Mail takes 1-2 days depending on Zip Code (time is guaranteed).
Q: What is Cost for Shipping in USA and for International Mail?
A: Please see Information listing on Home Page under Shipping and Returns.
Q: What kinds of International shipping do you offer?
A: Global Priority takes 2-3 weeks approximately depending on country and
has no tracking. (Time is not guaranteed).
Express International takes 5-10 days and includes tracking.
Q: How do I Exchange Items?
A: Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. You must email us
for notification before Exchange. The easiest way to exchange items is to
buy the ones you want and in Comment Box write "Exchange". Use a padded
envelope(can reuse ours) and get a Tracking Delivery Confirmation number
from Post Office. Include a copy of invoice and note. Upon Receipt we will
credit you minus shipping costs.
Q: How do I Return Items?
A: Items may be Returned within 30 days of purchase. You must email us for
notification before Return. There may be a 15% restocking fee based on your
purchase etc. Special orders are not returnable. Return your items in a
padded envelope (may reuse ours). Get a Tracking Delivery Confirmation
number from the Post Office and include a copy of invoice and note. Upon
receipt we will credit you minus shipping costs.
